Spares Repair and Replenishment
We will manage the repair and/or replenishment of all assets either returned from site as; faulty, unknown or raised as a potentially faulty item in your Spares Inventory.
Our goal is to manage each repair instance so that the cycle will be complete within 30 calendar days unless the item has been highlighted previously by the Resource Life Risk Analysis service as at risk. If longer than 30 calendar days, we will use reasonable efforts to ensure a replacement unit is available in the interim.
If a client owned asset is not available in the client’s Spares Inventory, then we will endeavour to provide a spare from our own Spares Inventory. Use of such an asset will be tracked as part of the Spares Management System but reported on as a ‘non-SLA activity’ utilising a ‘Horsebridge Sync Asset’ until our stock can be replenished by the client’s stock.
Track Your Assets
Each item that enters the repair cycle will have its own unique fault analysis reference and report and will be tracked through the Spares Management System.
If a client owned asset is not available in the client’s Spares Inventory, then we will endeavour to provide a spare from our own Spares Inventory.
